Agent Success
The light bulb analogy of seeing students learn is a good feeling as mentioned in our earlier blog. Something that is much better than that feeling is how we feel when our agents experience success working with our clients. We feel like proud parents.
Jennifer Ertel, who joined us shortly after we opened our State College office a few months ago, is going to her first closing today. Jennifer worked diligently with a seller in Reedsville, Mifflin County to get her house sold. Jennifer’s seller couldn’t be happier. Jennifer is excited. She has generated quite a bit of activity recently and has another property under contract. Jennifer joined us, having worked at another brokerage after getting her license. We feel that her individual effort coupled with our programs make this a win-win situation.
John Fitzpatrick got his first listing yesterday. Normally we don’t announce a listing in this manner, but John joined us a few short weeks ago, and he is seeing success as well. John got licensed last year and was with another broker before joining Perry Wellington Realty. Again, there is no magic here – hard work coupled with a platform for client success.
Part of the successful formula is the team these two work with. I have never seen a group of individuals who pull together as a team to help each other as I have seen here. There is an esprit de corps among the staff and a determination to change the status quo in ways that benefit cilents.
Individual effort, a commitment to service and excellence, and a focus on saving clients money all add up to a formula for a sustainable advantage for our clients and for our staff.
Keep up the good work! Current and future clients are counting on you.
