We have a direct feed from the IDX/MLS data which in plain language means we have MORE pictures than Realtor.com. We realize that last sentence sounded like a bunch of gobbledygook. IDX/MLS, it turns out doesn’t mean much to you as the customer. So here it is, easy to understand. We built a website with you in mind. And you are using it. A lot! And that is good, because we are your local source, with local knowledge about real estate and the local market.
And we feature your home. Right on the front page of our website. Not too many other local brokers doing that. Oh, and we charge a LOW 4.5% fee to sell houses. Compare that with what others charge.
Check out the rest of our website. You can do quite a bit of searching. If you register with us, you can do even more. It will even tell you when your dream house just hit the market. Oh, with lots and lots of pictures. And a map showing where it is.
Realtor.com only puts 4 pictures of your house listing on their website. Check it out. If you used one of the ‘traditional’ brokers which doesn’t have a local website, your property is not getting much exposure. Put your listing with us, and you will get some serious exposure. We had over 10,000 page views in the last 30 days alone with over 2300 visitors. Check out the graph. Consistent and positive growth for a brokerage which hasn’t celebrated its first birthday yet.
So if you want to sell your home and you want to get it lots of exposure, we are the place to go. Not sure? During the interview of agents when you are listing your home (you are interviewing more than one, correct?), ask the agent how much exposure their website gets. Can the agent show you the details around who is shopping for your home?
Over 90% of real estate purchases begin online now according to the National Association of Realtors. YOU may not look online, but your BUYER sure is, and they are searching on our website.
4 pictures. Oh, to be fair, our listings on Realtor.com only have 4. We don’t pay Realtor.com additional money to display more pictures of our homes when you can visit our website and see 20 of them.
So you have your house listed with us and the buyer contacts us, what then? We help the buyer, but we protect you as the seller by discouraging dual agency. We will get another one of our full time, (some part time too) experienced agents to help the buyer.
We are here for you, to advocate for you to get your house sold for your best price. Buyers are looking at Perry Wellington Realty, shouldn’t you have your house listed with us?
