Originally from southeastern Pennsylvania I have become a native of the Centre Region after living here since 1978. My late husband brought our family here for his work at HRB Singer, now Raytheon and after our two children were established in school, I began my new career in real estate by working for a retired broker. I received my license in real estate sales in 1984. When in the early 1990′s I learned that you could in fact open a buyer agency, I jumped at the chance to have my own agency and in January 1996 Buyers Only Realty, Inc. was born.

Now, starting in 2012, I look forward to bring my vast knowledge to Perry Wellington Realty LLC as an associate Broker. I will always enjoy helping clients and customers save money, whether they are first time or next time clients. Perry Wellington continues my philosophy and specializes in helping both homebuyers and home sellers save lots of money in their transactions.

These days you can find me busy raising three of my grandchildren and working at my various hobbies ranging from amateur acting on various stages throughout the region, downhill skiing, macramé, sewing, playing canasta and other card games and football tailgating. I’ve been involved with Central PA youth bowling, State College Community Theatre, Centre County Crimestoppers, College Township Industrial Development Authority as chair, BNI (Business Network International) and of course my first love of helping buyers find their perfect home and providing home marketing services to sellers since 1984.
