I received a request yesterday from someone in California, in the lake Tahoe area, about using our post on Radon – the Killer of Deals on their website.  Who says Perry Wellington isn’t read far and wide?  Education is one of the keys to success in Real Estate.  They, like us, are trying to get ahead of the radon issue by educating buyers and sellers before it comes up as a problem in their transactions.
