Ted Manna is my realtor.   I was always able to reach him via a phone call or text message.  He gave me various options (companies and attorneys) to contact to do my closing.  He gave me several company names to call to do the inspection.  He made sure the inspection took place within the allotted 10 days.  Unfortunately, I picked the bank for my mortgage loan.  My mortgage process was a nightmare.  The underwriters at the bank kept asking for more and more information every week.  Ted, helped me through all the issues the mortgage underwriters had.  Each question from the bank was directed to me, but with his knowledge of the process, he would gather the information and forward the documentation they were asking for.  I basically sat back and he did it all for me.  Ted worked real hard to get this sale to closure for me.  I really appreciated his effort.
