Few things are as exciting to a homeowner than offers to purchase their home.  We had 2 in the last week, on houses which we listed nearly a week ago. More exciting?  How about saving some real money in the process.  One seller will save over $1,000 in commission on a house listed for under $80,000.  So if you weren’t sure that this real estate brokerage model works, we will keep you posted.
